Engagement is not a yes/no question. Rather, we can think of it through different lenses that allow us to see the nuance of engagement and respond in a much more effective way. This session will cover the Engagement Matrix, a model for analyzing engagement in a simple yet profound way. Participants will then use the matrix to craft high-impact teaching strategies that target specific behavior in both proactive and responsive ways.
