How do we guarantee that all students have effective and purposeful literacy instruction? This session will address leading and coaching teams through the instructional planning process utilizing a variety of resources, as well as monitoring instruction within the classroom and student outcomes. Special emphasis will be given to increasing collaboration amongst teachers and the decision making of instructional leaders.
